Dove Creek Subdivision Owners Association (DCSOA)


                            Basic Information About Dove Creek

     Dove Creek Subdivision was establish in 1979.  The name was derived from the creek in the middle of the subdivision, Dove Creek.Our logo is the Morning Dove, which are plentiful in the area.  We are a restricted subdivision with Covenants and Restrictions.  A copy of the Covenants and Restrictions (pdf file) maybe be obtained through the website, a realtor, the San Angelo Realtors Association, the Tom Green County Clerk's Office, or they may pick up a copy at the Water Dept Office.

     The original plat of the subdivision contained 506 tracts, of which several have been combined so that as of today we have 487 tracts.  There are 372 owners, with approximately 284 living within the subdivision.  Our Water Dept is owned by and services only Dove Creek Subdivision.  There are two common properties; Prueitt Park and Stewart Park.  Stewart Park is very rustic, with no facilities.  Prueitt Park has a pavilion with facilities, along with several covered picnic tables.  There are boat ramps at each park. You can reserve the pavilion for family reunions and other special events.  Every year, the 2nd Saturday of October, at 10:00am, there is the Annual Owners Meeting.  Later on the same day is the Annual Owners Picnic.
