The original plat of the subdivision contained 506 tracts, of which several have been combined so that as of today we have 487 tracts. There are 372 owners, with approximately 284 living within the subdivision. Our Water Deptartment is owned by and services only Dove Creek Subdivision. There are two common properties; Prueitt Park and Stewart Park.
