Several residents have asked about mowing the county right of ways or mowing neighbor’s frontage areas. There is nothing that says you can’t mow the right of way. Take up the cause and make our community look neat and maintained.

The Center is available for rent for community activities; parties, reunions, weddings, etc. We have a 1325sq ft. hall w/ tables and chairs for 100 guests. The auditorium seats 120. There is also a 60’x40’ covered pavilion w/ stage and a large open lot for BBQs, or games. Fees are $50 per day w/ $100 clean up deposit. Free of charge for fundraisers, non-profit community events, local resident funeral receptions, w/ $100 clean up deposit. Consider becoming a KCC member; annual dues are $10 per person. The dues & contributions help maintain the facilities.
