Invoices for annual assessments have been mailed. If you did not receive your invoice or have questions please contact any Director. The payment of assessments is crucial in maintaining and updating our facilities as well as; enforcing our Covenants and Restrictions.
Work continues at Prueitt Park. Mr. Cox has completed repairs on the BBQ pit. A new children's play-set has been ordered. Plumbing and Electrical updates are pending. Installation of new power lines is ongoing at Stewart Park.
Mrs. Wilson continues to work with the County to have flood gauges installed in on our roads.
Architectural Control Commitee
The ACC met on January 16. No new plans were submitted.

The Directors met on December 5 6:30 at Twin Mountain Steakhouse. Nitrates were 4.02mg/L. Dove Creek wells were 17’10” and South Pool wells were 33’2”. Hopefully everyone had a wonderful and safe holiday.

Board of Directors Meeting October 13
The board met in January along with members of the fire department. The fire fighters were advised of the current state of the fire dept with regards to budget, equipment status, building maintenance, and training goals. As we begin the new year we discussed what our members were happy with as well as how the dept can improve. 4/5 trucks are in service. 505 is currently down due to a leaking radiator. Estimates are being gathered for repair of 505. Building is in good condition with no problems to report. Burn ban is in effect so burning of materials is not allowed.
